DIY Busters Limited 2010


DIY Busters was formed out of the frustration of never being able to get reliable local tradesmen that would return calls, provide estimates and turn up when they said the would.  DIY Busters provides a one stop shop, so we will ensure that the right tradesmen arrive at the right time to complete your job ur satisfaction.  We will undertake jobs nomatter how large or small, using our team of dedicated qualified professionals.  Our goal is to take the stress out of DIY by owning your DIY headaches.  We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and on delivering the service our customers expect.  Not all DIY companies are the same!

We believe your experience starts with the service we provide on our estimates.  We will provide you a written estimate of the agreed work within 48hrs of coming onsite (where required) and can also provide these by e-mail.



We have a unique service called Ask Anne which can be used to ask for bespoke requirements where we have not listed the service that you are looking for.  We have a network of tradespeople that we can draw upon and we will take your requirements and see if we can put together a solution to your needs.  As with all DIY Buster jobs, we will ensure they are completed to our high standards and we will manage your project from start to finish.  We are very focused on our customers needs and we always say that it costs nothing to ask.  So go ahead and try Ask Anne.


Once you have an estimate that you wish to proceed with, you should call our operations team who will make all the necessary arrangements to get the work scheduled.  Depending on the type of work we can usually start within a few days and we have the flexibility to work not only during the day, but evenings and weekends depending on what suits you the best.

We look to avoid our customers being negatively surprised around costs, so our tradesmen will work strictly to the agreed work on the quotation.  If you do want additional work completed then just let the operations team know and they will arrange to amend the quote and ask for your acceptance.  Once we have this we will schedule the additional work, which we will look, where at all possible, to include within the scope of the initial work.  Where this is not possible then we will arrange an alternative follow-on date.

We pride ourselves on the high standards of service and workmanship that we provide and all our trademen possess the relevant qualifications to complete the job.

At DIY Busters we set out to provide a high quality reliable service that delivers on the commitments that we have made.  Typically this means we will not always be the cheapest but we will always be price competitive.  You should also regularly look at our special offers page which highlights relevant promotions that are available to our customers.

DIY Busters provides a copy of our terms and conditions with all of our quotations so that our customers have a transparent view of the way we work.  In addition all our trademen have signed agreements with DIY Busters which govern the way that we undertake, charge for and sign off work.  Everything is designed to ensure we have complete agreement to the work we are completing and the associated costs.  This is how we manage to achieve such high customer satisfaction as we aim to make things straight forward and to focus on what is important, meeting the commitments we have made to you.

We are highly focused on delivering customer satisfactionacross all the jobs that we complete.  Our dedicated operations team look to deliver an end to end experience, from the inital understanding of your requirements, through quoting to the scheduling and completing of work.  We are regularly in contact with our customers and tradesmen and ensure that if there are any delays these are communicated ahead of time.  On the completion of each job we provide customers with our customer satisfaction questionnaire which is used not only to build an even better future service but to also continually measure our own and our trademens performance.  At the end of the day we measure our success by our customers levels of satisfaction.
